The 1/10 Scale FS Racing radio controlled off road buggy is powered by a 550 brushed motor and comes complete with 2.4GHz radio system and rechargeable 7.4V Li-Ion battery pack with charger. This buggy delivers hard acceleration, fast top speeds and amazing cornering providing you with an exhilarating driving experience! To handle the extra power the model has been upgraded with a central slipper clutch that protects the motor and gears. With a model that looks like this you are going to want to hit the off road pretty hard so with that in mind all the electronics have been upgraded to waterproof and dust proof versions and the differentials are impact resistant designed. This is a precision manufactured high quality model with a massive feature list, check out the full list below. 4 WHEEL DRIVE SYSTEM
This model has a 4 Wheel Drive system with a strong aluminium drive shaft evenly transferring the power from the rear to the front. The 4WD system gives better grip for better handling. These hobby grade RC cars also feature working front and rear differentials that further improves handling. Please Note: It comes with a dean connector battery.
SLIPPER CLUTCH
The main spur gear has a slipper clutch to help protect the gears from stripping during impacts.
SPLASH-PROOF SERVO, ESC AND RECEIVER BOX
Splash-proof receiver is stored in a sealed box to further protect the electronics from water.
SOLID ALUMINIUM CHASSIS
6061-T6 robust aluminium chassis with countersunk screws.
WORKING LED LIGHTS
Four working lights help you keep running even when after dark.

The model measures 500mm x 185mm x 295mm (length, height, width).
ADJUSTABLE SUSPENSION SYSTEM
Each wheel has independent oil-filled aluminium capped shocks. The angle is adjustable to suit your driving preference and terrain.
POWERFUL 550 BRUSHED MOTOR
A fast 550 motor is connected to an electronic speed control that gives full proportional speed both in forward and reverse.
ALL NEW 2.4GHz RADIO TRANSMITTER
All new 2.4GHz radio technology is used. This is more reliable than the old FM equipment and allows multiple RC cars to be used in the same area without interference.

Can you confirm size of the buggy as description confusing giving to widths ? Length quoted as 500mm , is that correct as seems a bit longer than most 1/10th scale models.

Hi, the width is 295mm. Yes it is 500mm long. It is a little bigger than a normal 1:10 and also it has the tyre on the back making it a bit longer also.

I'm thinking about buying this RC Car but i also want to upgrade the battery so it runs longer. 1) what is the average run time with the battery included? 2) what battery comes with the RTR car (picture shows the 1800 and specs says 2700 3) what are the dimensions of the battery (Height/width/depth) so i can look at other possible upgraded options.
